5. Financial, Contractual, and Service Guarantee Provisions

Contractual Instruments and Remuneration

• Formalization of Agreements: Any service whose total remuneration exceeds $1,500 USD will require the formalization of a bilaterally signed Contractual Instrument.

• Quotations and Final Pricing: Every quotation is a personalized document, specifically designed for the required event or package. Quotations issued by MusiciansNYC represent the All-Inclusive Final Price, covering all fees, operational, and logistical expenses, thereby releasing the Client from any additional financial concern.

• Special Offers: Any special offer or promotion will be subject to specific policies and conditions that shall take precedence over the general provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Methods and Guarantees

• Accepted Payment Methods: To facilitate transactions, we accept payments via Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, Bank of America, and PayPal.

• Third-Party Platform Guarantee: For contracts with a final price less than $1,500 USD, if payment is made through allied third-party platforms that act as custodians (such as EventPay, GigSalad, or similar), the Client will receive the benefit of a Total Service Guarantee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Coverage Validity: All quotations include cancellation insurance coverage subject to the following terms:

  • Full Refund: The Client will be eligible for a 100% refund of the total contracted amount only if the cancellation notification is received with a minimum advance notice of 40 calendar days prior to the event date.

  • Partial Retention: If the cancellation occurs with advance notice of between 15 and 39 days prior to the event date, MusiciansNYC will retain 60% of the final contract price, covering administrative fees and artist reservation costs.

Operational Commitment and Artistic Representation

• Communication and Planning: Hiring our services guarantees the Client constant and transparent communication regarding the details and planning of the activity, with comprehensive answers to all inquiries concerning the show.

• Certified Representation: We act as a certified filter and representative for the artists. Our vast experience, deep market knowledge, and access to detailed artist information (at no additional cost to the Client) position us as experts in the field.

• Prestige and Scope: We maintain active interconnection with artists and companies across Latin America and the United States, which supports our 5-star prestige in the entertainment industry.

6. Content Liability (Formerly Section 5)

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

7. Reservation of Rights (Formerly Section 6)

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time.
